▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene ceramic coating for removal of carbonyl oxygen comprises (a) taking acidic silica sol, adding deionized water, adding absolute ethanol or isopropanol, stirring and mixing to obtain A liquid; (b) taking methyltriethoxysilane, ethyltrimethoxysiloxane, and tetraethyl silicate, and adding into the liquid A, controlling the temperature of the solution in the reaction to obtain liquid B; (c) dispersing reduced graphene oxide (rGO) in 104E solvent, and ultrasonically processing to obtain rGO dispersion marking as C liquid; (d) adding dispersant, leveling agent, antifoaming agent, phosphate modified polymer, siloxane adhesion promoter, stirring to obtain liquid D; (e) mixing C and D liquids, ultrasonically processing to obtain a mixed liquid; and (f) adding fumed silica, high temperature, titanium oxide, aluminum oxide, zirconia, talc into mixed solution, dispersing, performing ball milling the resulting mixture, filtering, performing ultrasonicate, and allowing to stand. USE - The graphene ceramic coating for removing carbonyl oxide graphene is useful in preparing antibacterial coating of medical device and places with many bacteria for bathrooms (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method environment and human body is harmful, improves the hardness and adhesive force of the coating, the coating formulation is non-toxic and harmless, is environmentlly-friendly, has high hardness and good corrosion resistance, protects buildings and vehicles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene ceramic coating for removal of carbonyl oxygen comprises (a) taking 20-30 pts. wt. acidic silica sol, adding 1-5 pts. wt. deionized water under the condition of magnetic stirring, adjusting the pH value to 3-5, adding 5-10 pts. wt. absolute ethanol or isopropanol, fully stirring and mixing to obtain A liquid; (b) taking 20-40 pts. wt. methyltriethoxysilane, 20-40 pts. wt. ethyltrimethoxysiloxane, and 5-10 pts. wt. tetraethyl silicate, and adding into the liquid A, controlling the temperature of the solution within 40-60℃ in the reaction to obtain liquid B; (c)dispersing 0.1-1 pts. wt. reduced graphene oxide (rGO) in 1-3 pts. wt. 104E solvent, and ultrasonically processing for 20-30 hours to obtain rGO dispersion marking as C liquid; (d) adding 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-3 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. phosphate modified polymer, 1-3 pts. t. siloxane adhesion promoter, stirring at 150-300 revolutions/minute for 5-10 minutes to obtain liquid D; (e) mixing C and D liquids, ultrasonically processing for 15-30 minutes to obtain a mixed liquid; and (f) adding 1-3 pts. wt. fumed silica, 1-3 pts. wt. high temperature, 1-6 pts. wt. titanium oxide, 1-6 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. zirconia, 1-2 pts. wt. talc into the mixed solution, dispersing at 300-600 revolutions/minute for 5-10 minutes, performing ball milling the resulting mixture, filtering a 150-meshes, performing ultrasonicate for 20-30 minutes, and allowing to stand for 18-24 hours.
