▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Wear-resistant self-lubricating sealing composite material composition comprises 80-99 pts. wt. fluorine-containing resin, 0.1-5 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene, 0.1-19 pts. wt. mineral fiber, and 0.1-1 pts. wt. antimony trioxide. The preparation of fluorinated graphene comprises (1) dispersing fluorinated graphite and sodium lauryl sulfate in intercalation reagent to obtain mixed system A, where the fluorine content of fluorinated graphite is 40-90%; the mass ratio of fluorinated graphite and sodium lauryl sulfate is 5:1-5, and (2) ball milling mixed system A, performing heat treatment at 50-70 degrees C with ultrasonic power of 100-500 W, performing solid-liquid separation, and drying solid to obtain fluorinated graphene. USE - Used as a wear-resistant self-lubricating sealing composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has improved friction resistance, and good mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the wear-resistant self-lubricating sealing composite material comprising (i) drying to mix fluorine-containing resin, fluorinated graphene, mineral fiber, and antimony trioxide at 110-140 degrees C to obtain mixed raw materials, (ii) molding mixed raw materials at a pressure of 25-55 MPa for 1-30 minutes to obtain molding material, and (iii) sintering molding material to obtain wear-resistant self-lubricating sealing composite material.
