NOVELTY - Protection film comprises multiple plasma-treated graphene layers, and a non-plasma-treated pure graphene layer deposited on the plasma-treated graphene layer. The upper surface of plasma treated graphene layer is doped with elements including hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, fluorine, boron, phosphorus and/or sulfur. The plasma-treated graphene layer and the non-plasma-treated pure graphene layer are stacked with each other. USE - The film is useful for producing organic electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has excellent moisture barrier property. The method is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing protective film, comprising (a) forming a graphene layer through chemical vapor deposition process, (b) performing plasma treatment process on the graphene layer to convert the graphene layer into a plasma-treated graphene layer, (c) forming a non-plasma-treated pure graphene layer on the plasma-treated graphene layer, and (d) repeatedly performing steps (a)-(c) to form multiple plasma-treated graphene layers and non-plasma-treated pure graphene layers.
