▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Heat-generating paint comprises 20-30 wt.% polymer resin synthetic material, 2-5 wt.% dispersant, 3-5 wt.% pigment, 5-10 wt.% graphene, and 50-60 wt.% solvent. USE - Heat-generating paint that is used for preparing graphene far-infrared heating film for home textile wearable product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heat-generating paint is more uniform and stable in heating, healthy and eco-friendly, and has better flexibility, and can fold and rub the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing heat-generating paint, which involves: (a) adding polymer resin synthetic material, dispersant, solvent in the dispersion kettle to be dispersed for 3-5 minutes at a rotating speed of 300-500 revolutions per minute; (b) adding pigment and graphene in the dispersion; (c)dispersing at a high speed of 2000-3000 revolutions per minute for 60 minutes after adding; (d) transferring to a sand mill for grinding for about 2 hours, and the fineness not less than5 micrometer is qualified; (e) adding solvent to adjust the viscosity to 90-100 KU, filtering, and packing to obtain heat-generating paint; and 2. a method for preparing graphene far-infrared heating film, which involves: using heat-generating paint to coat on the release film by a coating machine, and peeling off dry film coating after drying.
