NOVELTY - Method for preparing bovine serum albumin-nano-silver modified chitosan nano-drug-loading system, involves (a) adding silver nitrate to solvent (I), increasing the temperature to 50-70 degrees C, and adding dripping aqueous solution of sodium ascorbate with 5-10 %mass, uniformly stirring for 2-3 hours after dripping, cooling to 20-40 degrees C, adding chitosan, dripping aqueous solution, dripping 2-4 drops per second, uniformly stirring for 1-2 hours, dialyzing for 1-3 days with dialysis bag with molecular weight of 3500, and freeze-drying to obtain nano-silver modified chitosan, (b) adding prepared nano-silver modified chitosan to solvent (II), uniformly stirring for 10-30 minutes, adding berberine hydrochloride methanol solution, uniformly stirring, adding camptothecin methanol solution, uniformly stirring, adding folic acid modified bovine serum albumin conjugate and graphene oxide, uniformly stirring for 1-2 hours, dialyzing and freeze-drying. USE - Modified chitosan nano-drug-loading system used for promoting blood circulation of materials in body, providing anti-tumor activity, and preventing tumor cell migration. ADVANTAGE - The modified chitosan nano-drug-loading system has excellent transmission and metabolism, biocompatibility and degradability, improves the microenvironment for tumor cell survival, and exhibits synergistic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing bovine serum albumin-nano-silver modified chitosan nano-drug-loading system, involves (a) adding silver nitrate to solvent (I), increasing the temperature to 50-70 degrees C, and adding dripping aqueous solution of sodium ascorbate with 5-10 %mass, dripping 1-3 drops per second, uniformly stirring for 2-3 hours after dripping, cooling to 20-40 degrees C, adding chitosan, dripping water solution with concentration of 2.5-10 %mass, dripping 2-4 drops per second, uniformly stirring for 1-2 hours, dialyzing for 1-3 days with dialysis bag with molecular weight of 3500, and freeze-drying to obtain nano-silver modified chitosan, (b) adding prepared nano-silver modified chitosan to solvent (II), uniformly stirring for 10-30 minutes, adding berberine hydrochloride methanol solution, uniformly stirring for 0.5-1.5 hours, adding camptothecin methanol solution, uniformly stirring for 10-30 minutes, adding folic acid modified bovine serum albumin conjugate and graphene oxide, uniformly stirring for 1-2 hours, dialyzing for 1-3 days with dialysis bag with molecular weight of 3500, and freeze-drying to obtain bovine serum albumin-nano-silver modified chitosan nano drug-loading system, where the solvent (I) is water, the solvent (II) is water, the concentration of berberine hydrochloride in berberine hydrochloride methanol solution is 5-15 %mass, the concentration of camptothecin in camptothecin methanol solution is 2-6 %mass, and the mass ratio of silver nitrate, solvent (I), sodium ascorbate, chitosan, acetic acid aqueous solution, solvent (II), berberine hydrochloride methanol solution, camptothecin methanol solution, folic acid modified bovine serum albumin conjugate and graphene oxide is (0.1-0.5):(100-130):(2-6):(1-2):(5-15):(150-200):(3-6):(5-15):(0.1-0.3):(0.2-0.4).
