NOVELTY - Insulating plate comprises 30-50 pts. wt. epoxy bisphenol A type resin, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 5-8 pts. wt. aging-resistant filler, 8-10 pts. wt. reinforcing filler, 3-5 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, and 3-5 pts. wt. calcium powder. The Insulating plate is prepared by (i) adding the epoxy bisphenol A type resin into the stirring kettle under the condition of the rotating speed of 300-500 revolutions/minute, stirring and adding dispersant, antifoaming agent, aging-resistant filler, stirring for 1-1.5 hours to obtain the mixed material, and (ii) adding the mixed material, reinforcing filler, silicon dioxide and calcium powder into the stirring kettle, stirring under the condition of the rotating speed 800-1000 revolutions/minute for 10-15 minutes, adding into the mold at a temperature of 110-120 degrees C, and carrying out high temperature curing. USE - The plate is useful as a base material for floors and wall panels. ADVANTAGE - The plate can enhance the toughness of the epoxy resin, is not easy to precipitate from the epoxy resin insulation floor, is resistant to the destruction of the intramolecular hydrogen bond of the aging, and structure is unstable.
