▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Glass fiber reinforced polyurethane profile surface coating comprises 15-30 pts. wt. deionized water, 1-10 pts. wt. sodium humate, 10-20 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. flatting agent, 2-15 pts. wt. active diluent, 1-14 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 3-9 pts. wt. nanometer modifier, 0.2-0.5 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 4-9 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 6-10 pts. wt. silicon dioxide sol. USE - Used as glass fiber reinforced polyurethane profile surface coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: can be applied to the surface coating of glass fiber polyurethane profiles; and improves the uniformity, corrosion resistance and hardness of the coating of the polyurethane profiles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coating, comprising (i) adding sodium humate and polyurethane resin to the reaction kettle, filling nitrogen and adding deionized water, stirring for 50 minutes, sealing and heating at 60℃ for 25 minutes, (ii) heating, allowing to cool to room temperature, then adding active diluent, nanometer modifier and silane coupling agent, stirring for 30 minutes, and then treating with rotary evaporator at 70℃ until the liquid volume is reduced by 40%, and (iii) adding silicon dioxide sol, graphene oxide, antifoaming agent and flatting agent to the reaction kettle again, reacting for 20-30 minutes, adding deionized water at 60-70℃ for stirring and dispersing, and finally cooling and filtering, and filtering to obtain the coating emulsion.
