▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing new-type mixed substrate gas separation membrane containing amino polyaryletherketone (Am-PAEK)/graphene oxide composite material, comprises (a) adopting diazonium salt reaction and reductive amination reaction to prepare bisphenol monomer (4-(2,5-diphenol)aniline) containing amino group, (b) adding the bisphenol monomer and difluoro diphenyl ketone into a reaction container by direct polycondensation method to process polymerization and obtain amino polyaryletherketone (Am-PAEK), (c) dissolving the amino polyaryletherketone polymer to obtain a polymer solution, (d) adding a graphene oxide (GO) into deionized water, stirring for 12 hours, then ultrasonically processing for 72 hours at low temperature of 35 degrees C to obtain uniform graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (e) mixing the graphene oxide dispersion and the polymer solution obtained in the step (c) and uniformly stirring, processing ultrasonic treatment, paving into a membrane, and soaking the paved membrane in methanol. USE - The method is useful for preparing new-type mixed substrate gas separation membrane containing amino polyaryletherketone (Am-PAEK)/graphene oxide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The membrane has good gas permeability and separation performance, strong mechanical strength and anti-physical aging performance.
