NOVELTY - High-performance polyurethane vibration isolator comprises 40-80 pts. wt. polytetrahydrofuran diol, 0.1-1 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 30-40 pts. wt. polyisocyanate, 20-30 pts. wt. chain extender, 3-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 3-5 pts. wt. UV absorber. USE - As high-performance polyurethane vibration isolator. ADVANTAGE - The high-performance polyurethane vibration isolator forms a polyurethane block copolymer with a polyurethane prepolymer through the addition of graphene oxide, so that the resulting product has excellent strength and prolonged shel-life, has excellent mechanical strength, meets the market demand for high-strength polyurethane vibration isolators. The method is simple and easy to operate, has mild preparation conditions, which is beneficial to industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the high-performance polyurethane vibration isolator comprising (a) ultrasonic disperse the metered graphene oxide and silane coupling agent in polytetrahydrofuran glycol (PTMG) for 30-60 minutes to fully disperse, moving the graphene oxide/silane coupling agent/PTMG mixture to the third port flask, heating up to 100-120°C for vacuum dehydration for 1.5-2 hours, cooling to 40-50°C, adding polyisocyanate, heating up to 80-90°C for 2.5-3 hours, adding antioxidant and UV absorber and synthesizing isocyanate content 8-15% prepolymer, and (b) adding the melted chain extender to the prepolymer that has been measured and heating to 80-90°C, stirring quickly and evenly, pouring it into a preheated mold, curing at 100-120°C for 1-2 hours, opening the mold, and continuously curing in an oven at 110-120°C for 18-24 hours to obtain the final product.
