▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing group-controlled high-density graphene thermal conductive film involves: adding group binding agent to deionized water, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a slurry (A); granulating dry graphene oxide, adding to the slurry (A), and mixing at low speed and then high speed to obtain a hydrophobic high solid slurry; carrying out ultrasonic homogenization treatment on the high solid slurry to obtain a slurry (B), dispersing, stirring, adding modifier, and adjusting the slurry (B) to a preset viscosity; subjecting the slurry (B) to micro-jet homogenization treatment, stirring, and vacuum degassing to obtain a coating slurry; pouring the coating slurry into mold, drying obtained mold sheet after pouring, heating to foam, and removing the mold to obtain a single-layer dry film; selecting layers of single-layer dry film, and tableting by using a tablet press to obtain a composite dry film; and carbonizing the composite film, graphitizing, and rolling. USE - The method is useful for preparing group-controlled high-density graphene thermal conductive film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: adopts two-stage treatment method of graphene oxide using group binding agent to complete effective dispersion of slurry and to realize the preparation of high solid content slurry by using modifier to repair the group while controlling uniformity and viscosity applicability of slurry dispersion; and effectively solves the problem that the viscosity of the high solid content slurry is difficult to treat, the density of the low solid content slurry is low, and the performance of the finished film is poor.
