NOVELTY - Preparation of quaternary ammonium salt-modified polythiophene intercalated graphene, involves adding 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane to dimethylformamide, adding ferric chloride hexahydrate to obtain aminoamide solution, adding oleic acid monomer, anhydrous ethanol and anhydrous calcium chloride to obtain amidated magnetic polythiophene, mixing with formaldehyde aqueous solution, adding dimethylamine, dripping sulfuric acid to obtain quaternized magnetic polythiophene solution, adding graphene oxide and deionized water to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing quaternary ammonium salt-modified polythiophene intercalated graphene for electrical conductor, photoelectric material, electromagnetic shielding material, microwave absorbing material and metal anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of quaternary ammonium salt-modified polythiophene intercalated graphene with improved electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing quaternary ammonium salt-modified polythiophene intercalated graphene, involves (1) adding 70-80 pts. wt. thiophene and chloroform, stirring, adding 3-5 pts. wt. oleic acid, heating at 65-70 degrees C, ultrasonically processing for 16-20 minutes, distilling off chloroform to obtain oleic acid monomer, (2) adding 2-4 pts. wt. 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane to dimethylformamide, adding 14-20 pts. wt. ferric chloride hexahydrate, ultrasonically processing for 3-7 minutes to obtain aminoamide solution, (3) adding oleic acid monomer and aminoamide solution, heating at 50-60 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, purging with nitrogen, heating at 10-15 degrees C for 15 hours, dripping ammonia solution, adjusting the pH to 9-10, stirring for 120-150 minutes, adding 5-6 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol and 2-3 pts. wt. anhydrous calcium chloride, heating at 65-70 degrees C, stirring for 10-15 minutes, vacuuming at 0.1 MPa, heating at 160-170 degrees C for 6-7 hours, discharging, filtering, washing with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol, drying under vacuum at 60-65 degrees C to obtain amidated magnetic polythiophene, (4) adding amidated magnetic polythiophene to deionized water, stirring evenly, mixing with 10-14 pts. wt. 20-30% concentration of formaldehyde aqueous solution, stirring at 30-35 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, filtering, washing the precipitate, drying at room temperature to obtain methylated magnetic polythiophene, (5) adding methylated magnetic polythiophene to deionized water, stirring, adding 3-5 pts. wt. dimethylamine, heating at 70-75 degrees C, stirring, insulating for 20-30 minutes, cooling to room temperature, dripping 0.5-1 mol/l sulfuric acid to adjust the pH to 2-3, stirring for 2-3 hours to obtain quaternized magnetic polythiophene solution, (6) adding 140-160 pts. wt. graphene oxide to deionized water, ultrasonically processing for 3-5 minutes, adding quaternized magnetic polythiophene solution, ultrasonically processing at 25-30 degrees C for 60-70 minutes, filtering, washing the precipitate and vacuum drying at 60-65 degrees C to obtain final product.
