▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Cellulose fibers are immersed in water, and reacted with rare-earth elements and 5-((3-carboxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)(3-carboxy-4-oxo-2,5-cyclohexadien-1-ylidene)methyl)-2-hydroxybenzoic acid triammonium salt, and dried to obtain a solid powder. The powder is reacted with sulfuric acid solution, centrifuged, and reacted with nitric acid. Water and emulsifier are added and heated, and complexing agent, bismuth compound, molybdenum compound, sodium sulfate, and graphene are added and reacted to obtain a flame-retardant and light-resistant interior wall coating. USE - Preparation of flame-retardant and light-resistant interior wall coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of environmentally-friendly, flame-retardant and light-resistant interior wall coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Cellulose fibers are immersed in 100-200 wt.% water, and 20-40 wt.% rare-earth elements and 5-10 wt.% 5-((3-carboxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)(3-carboxy-4-oxo-2,5-cyclohexadien-1-ylidene)methyl)-2-hydroxybenzoic acid triammonium salt are added. The temperature is adjusted to 35-45 degrees C, pH is adjusted to 4.5-6.5, and stirring-reaction is carried out for 3-5 hours. The resulting liquid is vacuum-dried to obtain a solid powder. The obtained solid powder of cellulose is immersed in 100-200 wt.% 80% sulfuric acid solution, and stir-reacted at 50-85 degrees C for 3-5 hours. 300 Wt.% dilution water is added to stop reaction and obtain a reaction solution. The reaction solution is centrifuged, supernatant is removed, water is added, and the mixture is centrifuged. The centrifuged product is added with nitric acid and stir-reacted at room temperature for 3-5 hours. 20 Wt.% water and 1.2 wt.% emulsifier are added, the contents are heated to 30-60 degrees C, a complexing agent, a bismuth compound, a molybdenum compound, and sodium sulfate are added and pH is adjusted to 8. The contents are stir-reacted for 1-2 hours. Graphene is added and reaction is carried out for 50-70 minutes to obtain a flame-retardant and light-resistant interior wall coating. The weight ratio of centrifuged product, nitric acid, complexing agent, bismuth compound, molybdenum compound, sodium sulfate, and graphene is 1:2:0.2:0.1:0.07:0.04:0.03.
