▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The acceleration sensor device has a base layer (1) and a bottom layer. The strip-shaped graphene nano belts form graphene-medium-graphene symmetrical surface plasma waveguide structure. USE - Acceleration sensor device with symmetrical graphene nano ribbons. ADVANTAGE - The thickness of the fiber waveguide is adjusted, to achieve a surface plasma mode transmission characteristics, thus controlling the output signal of the resonance peak wavelength , and then control sensitivity of the sensor.
