▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The acceleration sensor device has a base layer (1) and a bottom layer. The base layer on the surface is provided with same size and symmetrically arranged the first strip shaped graphene nano belt (3) and the second strip shaped graphene nano belt (4). The first and the second strip-shaped graphene nano belts are provided with micro-nano optical fiber vertical waveguide (2). The strip-shaped graphene nano belts form graphene-medium-graphene symmetrical surface plasma waveguide structure. USE - Acceleration sensor device with symmetrical graphene nano ribbons. ADVANTAGE - The thickness of the fiber waveguide is adjusted, to achieve a surface plasma mode transmission characteristics, thus controlling the output signal of the resonance peak wavelength , and then control sensitivity of the sensor.
