NOVELTY - Self-supporting sodium/potassium ion battery material used as self-supporting sodium/potassium ion battery cathode, comprises sulfur doped graphene aerogel, where content of sulfur is 2-10 wt.%. The structure is self-assembles to form three dimensional structure of graphene sheet, The large diameter of sheet-shaped graphene is 2-50 mu m. graphene layer is 5-20 nano meter. USE - Self-supporting sodium/potassium ion battery material used as self-supporting sodium/potassium ion battery cathode(claimed). ADVANTAGE - The self-supporting sodium/potassium ion battery has high specific capacity, excellent cycle characteristics and excellent rate, reduces collector. The use of adhesive is easier to realizes improvement of sodium/potassium ion battery performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for following: a method for preparing self-supporting sodium/potassium ion battery, which involves: (1) adding proper amount of material to oxidized graphene aqueous solution of ammonia water, stirring uniformly and carrying out freeze drying to obtain graphene oxide aerogel;mixing the obtained graphene oxide aerogel and sulfur powder and carrying out heat treatment under an inert gas atmosphere, and cooling to obtain porous sulfur doped graphene aerogel, where the mass ratio of oxide of grapheneaerogel and sulfur powder is 1:1-5, the heat treatment temperature is 400-1000 degrees C, and heating time is 0.5-4 hours; and (2) a method for preparing self-supporting sodium/potassium ion battery cathode, which involves, placing the porous sulfur doped graphene aerogel after pressed flatly into proper shape to obtain desired product.
