NOVELTY - Master batch comprises 25-32 pts. wt. modified graphene, 17-18 pts. wt. conductive graphite, 9-15 pts. wt. nano silicon, 11-15 pts. wt. resin, 7-8 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 14-15 pts. wt. aluminum oxide powder, 8-12 pts. wt. chitosan, 12-13 pts. wt. curing accelerator, 3-6 pts. wt. antibacterial agent, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant and 0.05-1.5 parts mold inhibitor fungicide, where the surface of the modified graphene is grafted with an amide group. USE - The method is useful for preparing master batch. ADVANTAGE - The master batch has good stability and excellent electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the master batch comprising (a) weighing the above raw materials, (b) uniformly mixing the aluminum oxide powder and chitosan, ultrasonic treating, grinding for 30-60 minutes to obtain a mixture A and (c) uniformly mixing the mixture A, modified graphene, conductive graphite, nano-silicon, resin and calcium stearate, adding to a dispersing machine, dispersing for 3-4 hours, adding curing accelerator, antibacterial agent, dispersant and mold inhibitor fungicide, continuing the dispersion treatment for 1-1.5 hours, extruding and granulating by a double-screw extruder.
