NOVELTY - A heat insulating composite material having anisotropic structure is based on silicone rubber, graphene arranged in matrix to form chain structure and to form anisotropic heat conduction channels. USE - Heat insulating composite material having anisotropic structure. ADVANTAGE - The product uses graphene with heat-conducting coefficient, high strength and excellent high performance, and improves shortage of traditional polymer on heat conducting performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the heat insulating composite material having anisotropic structure comprising adding 100 mg graphene oxide into 60 mL absolute ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing, adding hydrochloric acid to adjust pH to 3-4 to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, adding 10 mL ethanol solution containing 0.3 g silane coupling agent, water bath reacting at 60 degrees C for 24 hours, centrifugally separating, repeatedly washing solid product by anhydrous ethanol and deionized water to neutral to remove unreacted silane coupling agent, and vacuum oven drying at 60-80 degrees C for 10-24 hours to obtain surface-modified graphene, adding into dispersant, ultrasonically treating for 20-30 minutes, adding silicone rubber substrate, uniformly stirring, volatilizing dispersant to obtain mixture, vacuumizing to remove bubble, pouring into mold, curing under strong magnetic field at 80-100 degrees C for 2 hours, arranging graphene in base to form chain structure. The volume mass ratio of dispersant to silicone rubber substrate is 1 mL:1.5-3 g.
