▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Cooling apparatus comprises heat-conducting substrate (1) connected to thermally conductive fins (2). The heat conducting substrate and fins are coated with a thin coating of thermal compound (3) which contains 40-70 wt.% of graphene oxide, 5-30 wt.% of silver nano-particles, 15-20 wt.% of zinc oxide nano-particles and 5-15 wt.% of conductive polymer. USE - Laser cooling device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing laser cooling device which involves: (A) cleaning of conductive substrate and fins with acetone, deionized water and isopropyl alcohol solution; (B) drying; (C) coating conductive substrate and fins with solution of graphene oxide and zinc oxide precursor to form the graphene oxide/zinc oxide composite film; (D) drying graphene oxide/zinc oxide composite film; (E) spraying a layer of thermally conductive material solution consisting of silver nano-particles forming a composite coating; (F) drying at 160-200 degrees C for 60-90 minutes high temperature reaction; and (G) welding of conductive substrate and fins to obtain the cooling apparatus.
