NOVELTY - A three-dimensional structured graphene-based iron oxide composite material preparation method involves mixing potassium ferrocyanide solution with graphene oxide solution, adding water to obtain mixed solution, adding ferric chloride to the mixed solution, hydrothermally reacting, obtaining aerogel, washing the aerogel, drying and performing high temperature carbonization. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional structured graphene-based iron oxide composite material that is utilized for negative electrode material of lithium-ion battery (claimed) and rechargeable batteries. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing three-dimensional structured graphene-based iron oxide composite material with high reversible capacity and better cycle stability and rate performance in a simple and convenient manner by utilizing low cost raw materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a three-dimensional structured graphene-based iron oxide composite material prepared by the method.
