▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Ingestible capsule comprises biocompatible mesh, energy harvesting module, biosensor node, optical sensor, and communication module, where the capsule is orally ingestible. USE - Ingestible capsule. ADVANTAGE - The ingestible capsule has unique chemical and electrical properties, which improve patient care by making the sensors minimally invasive and extremely sensitive. The graphene-based nanomaterials possess high surface area and offer excellent biocompatibility with a variety of biomolecules, like antibodies, enzymes, DNA, cells, and proteins, where incorporation of such biological molecules in graphene's detection allows for the development of the biosensors, which detect multiple molecules, biomolecules and cells. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of preparing an ingestible capsule, involves: (A) electrodepositing chitosan polymer on reduced graphene oxide; (B) assembling the surface functionalized composite reduced graphene oxide chitosan nanosheets of opposite charges onto polystyrene colloidal particles to produce a film of 10-20 mu m; (C) removing the colloidal template by tetrahydrofuran treatment; and (D) immobilizing the biomolecules onto the surface of biocapsule.
