NOVELTY - Photoactive electrophoresis coating solution comprises 100 pts. wt. solvent, 1-10 pts. wt. titania nanoparticles and 0.03-0.6 pts. wt. graphene. USE - The photoactive electrophoresis coating solution is useful for mass production of metal-plate material. ADVANTAGE - The photoactive electrophoresis coating solution has excellent optical activity, self-cleaning property and stain resistance, and imparts corrosion resistance to metal surface. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for photoactive electrophoresis comprising dispersing titania nanoparticles and graphene in a solvent to form a titania-graphene composite dispersed solution and applying voltage on the titania-graphene composite dispersed solution using a metal substrate and a counter electrode to form a titania-graphene composite coating layer on the metal substrate.
