NOVELTY - Liquid ring type vacuum pump comprises pump body (1), pump cover (2) fixed at two ends of the pump body, disc (3) fixed between the two pump covers, rotating shaft (4) and impeller (5) fixed on the rotating shaft between two discs (6). The pump body is an overcurrent component. The over-current component is formed by graphene thermosetting resin fiber composite material, which comprises 35-45 pts. wt. hydroxyethylidene dibasic acid ester, 55-65 pts. wt. fiber, 1-25 pts. wt. graphene, 2-5 pts. wt. acid ester, 1-5 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol and 0.5-2 pts. wt. coupling agent. USE - The liquid ring type vacuum pump is useful for pumping inflammable and explosive gas using liquid organic compound e.g. ethanol, acetone, liquid alkane or benzene polymer. ADVANTAGE - The liquid ring type vacuum pump is easy to generate static accumulation made of non-metal material, which can enhance the strength of the liquid ring-type vacuum pump and corrosion resistance. The electrostatic can be guided into the ground by the impeller, pump body the pump cover, which avoids generating electrostatic accumulation.
