NOVELTY - Processing angle steel in transmission line angle steel tower, comprises (i) drilling angle steel, automatically cutting, and bending and welding, (ii) treating the angle steel in cleaning solution for 2-5 times, and rinsing with running water, (iii) dipping the treated angle steel obtained in step (ii) in a metal salt solution at 50-75℃ for 10-20 minutes, (iv) drying the angle steel at high temperature of 130-150℃, (v) spraying the surface of the angle steel obtained in step (iv) with a protective coating, (vi) placing the angle steel obtained in step (v) in passivating agent for 30-60 seconds, and cleaning and drying, and (vii) continuously spraying the angle steel obtained in step (vi) with anti-corrosion coating, and curing at room temperature. USE - The angle steel in transmission line angle steel tower is useful in circuit devices and systems for power supply and distribution. ADVANTAGE - The method: can remove the stain on the surface of the angle steel by cleaning and impregnating with metal salt; leaks the original metal steel without damaging the structure of the metal base material, which is conducive to the spraying of the metal coating in the later stage; enhances the protective performance of the coating; forms a dense protective film by spraying anti-corrosion coatings to achieve high-efficiency anti-corrosion and wear-resistant effects; has excellent adhesion with the coating, and certain antistatic, antirust, heat conduction and heat resistance; and utilizes coating with low curing temperature and fast curing speed, which simplifies the treatment process of the angle steel and increases the production capacity.
