▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A silver-containing shell-core graphene-based dielectric elastic composite material comprises silver-containing shell-core graphene filler, and rubber. The silver-containing shell-core graphene filler comprises silver, graphene, high dielectric ceramic particles, and polydopamine. The rubber is a natural rubber, silicone rubber, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, or acrylic rubber. The high dielectric ceramic particles are nano-barium titanate particles, nano-titanium dioxide particles, or nano-lead magnesium niobate particles. USE - Silver-containing shell-core graphene-based dielectric elastic composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly silver-containing shell-core graphene-based dielectric elastic composite material is prepared by simple process with high dielectric constant, large electrical deformation function, low dielectric loss, and low elastic modulus. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of silver-containing shell-core graphene-based dielectric elastic composite material, which involves (i) adding tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane to deionized water, adjusting the pH of the solution to 8.5, adding dopamine, mixing to obtain a dopamine aqueous solution, adding high dielectric ceramic particles to the aqueous dopamine solution, mechanically stirring, adjusting the pH to neutral, filtering, and vacuum drying to obtain polydopamine-coated ceramic particles, (ii) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, ultrasonically treating, adding a silver ion aqueous solution, ultrasonically processing, adding polydopamine-coated ceramic particles, mechanically stirring, adjusting the pH to neutral, filtering, and vacuum drying to obtain silver-containing shell-core graphene oxide ceramic filler, adding silver-containing shell-core graphene oxide ceramic filler to the aqueous hydrazine hydrate solution, mechanically stirring, adjusting the pH to neutral, filtering, and vacuum drying to obtain silver-containing shell-core graphene ceramic filler, (iii) mixing the silver-containing shell-and-core graphene ceramic filler with rubber matrix, adding a vulcanizing agent, uniformly mixing in a two-roll mill, discharging, and vulcanizing in a flat vulcanization machine.
