NOVELTY - Three-dimensional printing of polymer composite powder by bed inkjet sintering, comprises (a) coating carbon material on the surface of polymer powder by liquid phase adsorption deposition method to form polymer composite powder; (b) performing computer slicing on the three-dimensional model to be printed to obtain the profile information of each layer section; (c) placing the polymer composite powder into the laying tank, placing the ink into the ink cartridge connected to the nozzle, loading curing agent into another container, and preheating the printing bed; (d) rolling the material using roller, and spraying ink using the nozzle; (e) spraying the curing agent according to the pattern of the slice section to solidify and bond the molding; (f) descending printing bed a certain distance, repeating the operations of step (d) and step (e) until the printing is finished; and (g) cleaning the surface of the workpiece, and performing microwave curing and forming. USE - The method is useful for three-dimensional printing of polymer composite powder by bed inkjet sintering. ADVANTAGE - The method enables combining with microwave processing after one-step molding, which can avoid the process of illumination curing after printing each time, improve the production rate, and the welding seam after microwave processing is less than welding seam of the existing technology, and greatly improve the mechanical property.
