NOVELTY - Graphene coated oxide heat-conducting filler comprises 85-95 wt.% oxide, 5-15 wt.% graphene and proper amount of conductive filler. The conductive filler comprises polyacrylate salt, where amount of polyacrylate salt is 1 wt.%. USE - Graphene coated oxide heat-conducting filler. ADVANTAGE - The graphene coated oxide heat-conducting filler is cost effective, eco-friendly, simple to prepare suitable as high molecular polymer heat conductive filler, has high heat conducting coefficient and strong operability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing graphene-coated oxide thermal conductive filler, which involves: (A) dissolving polyacrylate salt in solvent at room temperature to obtain polyacrylic acid salt solution; (B) adding oxide to polyacrylic acid salt solution at room temperature to obtain first mixture; (C) uniformly dispersing graphene in first mixture to obtain second mixture; and (D) separating solids from second mixture and treating to obtain desired product.
