▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves using graphite material as the working electrode, and the platinum is used as the counter electrode. In the mixed solution of ammonium nitrate and ammonium chloride, the electrochemical exfoliation of the graphite material is carried out by using a constant voltage technique. Washing, sonicating and standing the solution after electrochemical stripping. The freeze-drying treatment is performed on the supernatant to obtain nitrogen-chlorine co-doped graphene. USE - Preparation method of nitrogen-chlorine co-doped graphite used as electrode material in wearable electronic product and other devices. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare nitrogen-chlorine-co-doped graphene, which has large edge size, which is good for obtaining more excellent charge storage performance. The method uses conventional chemical raw material, fast, direct, preparation yield, low raw material cost is low, preparation method has expandability, convenient for mass production, and the product has larger edge size. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of scanning electron microscope picture of the prepared nitrogen-chlorine co-doped graphene.
