▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Anticorrosive coating comprises 40-60 pts. wt. modified silicone resin, 5-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 4-10 pts. wt. precipitated barium sulfate, 1-5 pts. wt. strontium yellow, 0.4-1.2 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane, 10-20 pts. wt. titanium white pigment, 2-8 pts. wt. phosphate solution, 0.3-0.7 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. preservative, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, and 10-20 pts. wt. mixed solvent. USE - The anticorrosive coating is useful for casing of seeding machine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive coating: has excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, high temperature resistance and impact strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anticorrosive coating comprising (a) heating the graphene oxide at 160-260 degrees C, pouring into phosphate solution, evaporating at 150-180 degrees C to remove water, and heating at 150-200 degrees C for 10-20 minutes to obtain modified graphene oxide, (b) placing modified silicone resin, modified graphene oxide and mixed solvent in container and stirring, and then adding and stirring precipitated barium sulfate, and strontium yellow, polydimethylsiloxane and titanium dioxide at a rotation speed of 1500-2000 revolutions/minute for 30-50 minutes, (c) adding polydimethylsiloxane, preservative and dispersant, stirring and mixing for 20-40 minutes at a speed of 2500-3000 revolutions/minute, and finally adding curing agent, stirring at speed of 1000-1500 revolutions/minute for 10-20 minutes to obtain anticorrosive coating.
