NOVELTY - Graphene self-lubricating wear-resistant anti-corrosion and anti-scaling wax coating agent, comprises 5-8 pts. wt. ocene, 15-35 pts. wt. fluoropolymer, 5-8 pts. wt. tungsten disulfide, 12-15 pts. wt. bronze powder, 35-40 pts. wt. solvent, 1-5 pts. wt. solubilizer, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersion aid, and 5-10 pts. wt. rheological additives. USE - Used as graphene self-lubricating wear-resistant anti-corrosion and anti-scaling wax coating agent. ADVANTAGE - The coating agent has excellent high and low temperature resistance, chemical stability, non-stickiness and low friction coefficient, and greatly improves the economic benefit of the enterprise. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a graphene self-lubricating wear-resistant anti-corrosion and anti-scaling wax coating agent, comprising (i) dividing the solvent into a first part solvent and a second part solvent, mixing the fluoropolymer, tungsten disulfide, bronze powder, first part solvent, solubilizing agent, dispersing aid, dispersing uniformly with a dispersing machine, and then using sand grinding mill to obtain the first mixture; (ii) mixing the rheological aid with the second part solvent, dispersing uniformly with a dispersing machine, and allowing to stand still to obtain a second mixture; and (iv) mixing the first mixture obtained in the step (ii), the second mixture obtained in the step (iii), and graphene, uniformly dispersing by a disperser, then kneading, cooling, pulverizing, filtering, discharging, and packaging.
