NOVELTY - High-strength anti-corrosion wear-resistant complex fiber-polyethylene wood plastic complex material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. compound biological fiber, 50-80 pts. wt. polyethylene, 3-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 6-8 pts. wt. compatibilizer, 1-3 pts. wt. lubricant, 2-4 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.1-1 pts. wt. graphene. USE - The high-strength anti-corrosion wear-resistant complex fiber-polyethylene wood plastic complex material is useful for building material and furniture material. ADVANTAGE - The material is economical, environmentally friendly, has surface hardness, comprehensive mechanical property, good interface adhesion and abrasion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-strength anti-corrosion wear-resistant complex fiber- polyethylene wood plastic complex material comprising: (i) grinding wheat straw into 100-120 meshes, soaking in 15% sodium hydroxide for 1.5 hours, pre-treating at 110 degrees C, drying at 60 degrees C, milling into 20-60 mesh particles in machine, placing in an oven, heating at 110 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain modified wheat straw; (ii) mixing of cotton straw, peach wood and wheat straw in the ratio 15:3:10, grinding into 30-45 meshes wood powder particles, adding 50-80 pts. wt. wood flour particles, 3-5 pts. wt. hard calcium acetate and 3-5 pts. wt. nano-alumina, placing in a ball mill, stirring at 110 rotations/minute for 15 minutes to obtain modified wood powder particles; (iii) mixing of all the raw material with wood powder particles, placing in a high-speed mixer, mixing at 400 rotations/minute for 5-10 minutes to obtain mixed material; and (iv) placing the mixed material in hot press stereotypes machine, pressing at 200 degrees C with 13 MPa pressure for 10 minutes and molding to obtain the product.
