▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Atomic-scale thickness graphene/boron nitride complex heterogeneous film comprises single-layer or few-layer chemical vapor deposition (CVD) graphene complex single-layer or few layers of CVD boron nitride, where the graphene surface is protected by boron nitride. USE - Used as atomic-scale thickness graphene/boron nitride complex heterogeneous film. ADVANTAGE - The film: avoids easy breakage, and contamination of the surface and changes in properties; and maintains excellent electromechanical properties of graphene as much as possible. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the heterogeneous film comprising (i) taking specific size of boron nitride grown in a suitable size with a single layer or a small amount of boron nitride, (ii) fixing boron nitride on a suitable support platform, and fixing the support platform to the glue machine for preparing spin coating, (iii) uniformly coating a layer of high molecular support material (SP for short) on boron nitride, (iv) peeling tape for removing the edge, (v) etching the boron nitride substrate to remove the substrate for growing boron nitride to obtain a BN/SP film, (vi) Cleaning the BN/SP film, and removing organic and metallic contaminants on the surface of BN in BN/SP films, (vii) taking a base graphene of a suitable size and having a single layer or a small amount of grapheme, (viii) using the base graphene to extract the BN/SP film from the DIW, (ix) tilting and allowing to stand, drying at low temperature and naturally drying, (x) baking at controlled temperature, removing graphene and boron nitride interfacial water molecules for removing film wrinkles, sufficiently bonding the BN/SP film to the base grapheme, (xi) etching to remove the substrate on which the graphene is grown to obtain a Gra/BN/SP film, (xii) cleaning the Gra/BN/SP film, removing organic and metal contamination from graphene surfaces to obtain a clean and intact Gra/BN double-layer composite heterogeneous film, and (xiii) repeating the step (vii) to (xii) for a multilayer composite heterostructure film.
