▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing biocompatible graphene quantum dots, comprise preparing a hydrogen-terminated graphene quantum dot in which an edge carbon atom is bonded to hydrogen, and hydrophilizing the hydrogen-terminated graphene quantum dots. USE - The biocompatible graphene quantum dots is useful in bio-electronic device (claimed), in bio fields e.g. bio-imaging, bio-sensing, drug delivery, optoelectronic devices and photovoltaic cells. ADVANTAGE - The biocompatible graphene quantum dots: are prepared without using harmful chemicals; has improved electron mobility, electrical conductivity, tensile strength, elasticity, thermal conductivity, degradability, fluorescence safety, crystallinity, water dispersibility, low content of oxygen, low cytotoxicity, high intrinsic properties and improved catalytic activity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for biocompatible graphene quantum dots prepared by above mentioned method.
