NOVELTY - Preparation of high-conductivity graphene film involves taking natural crystalline flake graphite and potassium permanganate at ratio of 1:6, adding in three-neck bottle, adding concentrated sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid, stirring for 30 minutes, reacting while stirring in water bath of 50 degrees C for 12 hours to obtain graphite oxide solution, mixing distilled water and hydrogen peroxide at volume ratio of 20:1, freezing into ice, completely dissolving in graphite oxide solution, filtering, washing with 10% diluted hydrochloric acid to pH of 7 and vacuum-drying at 40 degrees C for 12 hours. USE - Method for preparing high-conductivity graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process, low-cost raw materials, and easy implementation for large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of high-conductivity graphene film comprises: (A) taking natural crystalline flake graphite and potassium permanganate at ratio of 1:6, adding in three-neck bottle, adding concentrated sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid, stirring for 30 minutes and reacting while stirring in water bath at 50 degrees C for 12 hours to obtain graphite oxide solution; (B) mixing distilled water and hydrogen peroxide at volume ratio of 20:1, freezing into ice, completely dissolving in graphite oxide solution, filtering, washing with 10% diluted hydrochloric acid to pH of 7 and vacuum-drying at 40 degrees C for 12 hours; (C) dispersing graphene oxide in water, preparing concentration of 0.5-3 mg/mL, vacuum-filtering by polyester fiber filter film and vacuum-drying at 40 degrees C for 8-12 hours; and (D) mixing hydroiodic acid and ethanol, putting in sealed bottle, suspending graphene oxide film, reacting at 80 degrees C in oil bath for 12-40 hours, reducing, washing with water and ethanol and drying at room temperature.
