NOVELTY - A heat conductive sheet (18) has graphite sheet (11) obtained by thermally decomposing an organic film and comprises graphene layer (14) on surface perpendicular to C axis exposed to end surface, in region other than the end surface. USE - Heat conductive sheet is used for electronic components and semiconductor elements in electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The heat conductive sheet has excellent thermal conductivity and peeling strength, and provides heat dissipation by enlarging the area of graphite sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of heat conductive sheet, which involves forming graphite sheet containing graphene layer by thermal decomposition of organic film, bonding insulation sheet (12) to surface of graphite sheet, cutting the insulating sheet and graphite sheet using laser beam and exposing the cut surface of graphite sheet bonded with insulating sheet for irradiating laser beam.
