NOVELTY - Preparing flexible hole material comprises (i) adding 2-6 pts. wt. surfactant, 1-3 pts. wt. first stabilizer in to 30-40 pts. wt. deionized water to obtain homogeneous aqueous solution as water phase, adding 5-20 pts. wt. resin, 4-7 pts. wt. propylene-styrene-butadiene copolymer, 1-3 pts. wt. second stabilizer, 3-5 pts. wt. bubble hole structure control agent, 1-4 pts. wt. accelerator and 10- 20 pts. wt. diluent into homogeneous oil solution as oil phase, mixing aqueous phase and the oil phase, homogenizing and emulsifying, stirring or ultrasonicating to prepare emulsion; and (ii) polymerizing the prepared emulsion, and filtering, washing and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing flexible hole material. ADVANTAGE - The material has controllable average particle diameter, regular foam hole structure, good compression rebound resilience, good flexibility and excellent stability
