NOVELTY - Two-component epoxy zinc-rich water lacquer is consist of first component and second component. The first component comprises 20-30 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 65-75 pts. wt. filler, 0.5-1 pts. wt. eco-friendly solvent, 0.05-0.1 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.5-2.0 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 0.5-1.0 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. graphene. The second component comprises 55-65 pts. wt. aqueous curing agent, 30-40 pts. wt. deionized water, and 1.0-3.0 pts. wt. anti-flashing aid. The mass ratio of first component and second component is 7-9:1. USE - Two-component epoxy zinc-rich water lacquer. ADVANTAGE - The two-component epoxy zinc-rich water lacquer has good flexibility and compactness, and has good adhesion to the substrate, and keeps the coating from falling off. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a two-component epoxy zinc-rich water lacquer, which involves: (A) preparing first component by taking each raw material in proportion, first mixing epoxy resin, environmental protection solvent, antifoaming agent, adding anti-settling agent and stirring; (B) adding graphene to the stirring material according to the ratio and stirring; (C) adding zinc powder to the stirring material according to the ratio and stirring; (D) adding the coupling agent to the stirring agent according to the ratio and stirring; and (E) mixing the aqueous curing agent, water and anti-flashing aid according to the ratio of raw materials, and mixing well.
