▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing coating solution comprises preparing nanoparticles, adding nanoparticles, fluorocarbon compound, and an epoxy silane coupling agent to alcohol and stirring, where fluorocarbon-based compound will have less than 6 carbon atoms. USE - The coating solution is useful for fiber and fabric for chemotherapeutic protective shell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating solution is environmentally-friendly and economical, has omniphobic properties and blocking performance against chemical agents without using expensive C8-based fluorocarbon-based chemicals that discharge harmful components to the human body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for coating a substrate, comprising plasma pretreatment of surface of the substrate to be coated and coating pretreated surface of the substrate using the coating solution.
