NOVELTY - Manufacturing single-layer graphene oxide functional thermal insulation flocculus involves: (S1) providing ultrafine filling fiber, fine denier filling fiber, middle thick supporting filling fiber, crude supporting fiber and low melting point bonding fiber; (S2) conveying raw material into a mixer for opening and pre-mixing, obtaining fiber mixture; (S3) conveying the pre-mixed fiber into the fine opening machine for opening the fiber and mixing; (S4) conveying the fully mixed fiber aggregate into the carding machine, carding fiber aggregate into thin layer fiber net; (S5) cross-laying multiple thin-layer fiber net to form a paving state; (S6) reinforcing multiple thin-layer fiber net in the paving state, where the reinforcing comprises spraying chemical adhesive for bonding between multiple thin-layer fiber net, and drying in an oven at 110-130°C for 3-8 minutes to obtain the finished product flocculus of 80-300 g; and (S7) cutting and winding to obtain rolled flocculus. USE - Manufacturing single-layer graphene oxide functional thermal insulation flocculus. ADVANTAGE - The method uses a large amount of 1-1.5 D fine denier fiber, reduces the compact enclasping group between the ultrafine fiber, and innovates the using method of the far infrared fiber, enhances the thermal insulation performance of the flocculus.
