▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A degradable bio-based thin film material with phase change function is prepared by keeping 2,5-furan dicarboxylic acid and chitosan at room temperature for 12 hours, reacting at 110-130degrees Celsius under nitrogen protection for 30-50 minutes, cooling to 20-50degrees Celsius, adding succinic acid and excessive ethylene glycol, reacting at 160-190degrees Celsius until the reaction degree is more than 93%, decompressing for 90-120 minutes under 100-150 Pa, reacting for 1.5-2 hours at 200-220degrees Celsius, obtaining degradable chitosan-based copolymer, blending with 1-5 wt.% graphene and 3-4 wt.% dibenzylidene sorbitol, and extruding and forming. The mol ratio of 2,5-furan dicarboxylic acid, chitosan, succinic acid and ethylene glycol is 5: 3-8:3-3.5:6-9. USE - Method for preparing degradable bio-based thin film material with phase change function. ADVANTAGE - The product has decomposition rate is more than 88% for 90 days, and has phase change enthalpy of 130-180 J/g.
