NOVELTY - Graphene anticorrosive coating comprises 20-40 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane resin, 10-25 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. cellulose ether, 0.1-1 pt. wt. potassium silicate, 1-3 pts. wt. hydrophobic silica material, 0.5-2 pts. wt. gamma -glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, 1-5 pts. wt. film forming aid, 8-15 pts. wt. filler, 0.1-1 pt. wt. wetting and dispersing agent, 0.1-1 pt. wt. defoamer and 5-30 pts. wt. water. USE - As a graphene anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating improves interface bonding strength, repairs void defects on coating, enhances degree of compactness and shielding effect on corrosive media, has excellent anti-corrosion property and improved physical properties, water resistance, storage stability and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene anticorrosive coating involving (a) dissolving cellulose ether and potassium silicate in water respectively to form a mixed solution, adding graphene to the above mixed solution and stirring uniformly to obtain a graphene mixed solution, (b) dissolving aqueous polyurethane resin and aqueous epoxy resin in water and adding wetting and dispersing agent, filler, and gamma -glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane in sequence under uniform stirring to form a resin mixture, and (c) stirring and dispersing the graphene mixed solution, the hydrophobic silica material, the defoamer, and the film-forming aid sequentially for 20-40 minutes, and leaving still for 10-20 minutes to obtain the graphene anticorrosive coating.
