▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Additive comprises 2-8 pts. wt. graphene quantum dot, 2-10 pts. wt. graphene micro-sheets, 0.01-3 pts. wt. acetylene black and 0.01-2 pts. wt. conductive carbon fibers. USE - The additive is useful for preparing power composite grease (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The additive: improves the electrical and thermal conductivity, flame retardancy, salt spray corrosion resistance and weather resistance of the alkaline sulfonate compound calcium-based power compound grease; improves the overall performance of electrical and thermal conductivity additives; and is environmentally friendly and long-term use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) power composite grease comprising 5-15 pts. wt. electrical and thermal conductivity additives, 85-95 pts. wt. raw materials for preparing alkaline sulfonate calcium- based grease. The raw materials for preparing alkaline sulfonate complex calcium-based grease includes high-base value calcium sulfonate, base oil, boric acid and calcium hydroxide, and the electrical and thermal conductivity additives are additives; and (2) preparing power composite grease comprising (i) electrical and thermal conductivity additives, and raw materials for preparing alkaline sulfonate calcium- based grease, (ii) heating graphene quantum dots, graphene microplates, acetylene carbon black and conductive carbon fibers, drying and activating in a microwave oven under an argon atmosphere, (iii) dispersing graphene quantum dot with high-base calcium sulfonate to obtain high-base calcium sulfonate containing graphene quantum dots i.e. mixture A, (iv) dispersing the graphene microsheet using base oil to obtain base oil containing graphene microplates, i.e. mixture B, (v) dispersing acetylene carbon black using boric acid and water to obtain aqueous solution of boric acid containing acetylene carbon black i.e. mixture C, (vi) dispersing conductive carbon fibers with calcium hydroxide and water to obtain calcium hydroxide aqueous solution containing conductive carbon fibers, i.e. mixture D, (vii) mixing mixture A, the mixture B, the mixture C, and the mixture D to obtain alkaline sulfonate complex calcium-based grease, i.e. power composite grease.
