NOVELTY - A preparation method of high-performance threads comprises (S1) processing steel threads, cleaning using alcohol and drying for later use, (S2) spraying polyurea elastomer on the surface of the tooth bottom at the bottom of the external thread and leaving and (S3) curing polyurea elastomer, applying long-chain polymer glue on the surface of the whole thread, spraying solid lubricating particles on the surface of the long-chain polymer glue to form a solid lubricating layer and leaving for 30-35 days, where the long-chain polymer glue is prepared by adding polyacrylic acid and catechol to deionized water, adding boric acid solution, adjusting the pH value to 9.0 using sodium hydroxide solution under nitrogen protection, and mechanically stirring. USE - The method is used for preparing high-performance threads, which is used in oil and gas application. ADVANTAGE - When compared with the special thread, the high-performance thread requires low cost for preparation, and exhibits excellent anti-sticking performance and sealing performance. The method uses coating technology to improve sealing performance and anti-buckling performance of the steel screw thread.
