NOVELTY - Graphene aqueous-based paint comprises a component (A) and a component (B), where the component (A) comprises 20-30 pts. wt. aqueous-based epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. aqueous-based silicone resin, 3-10 pts. wt. graphene powder, 10-15 pts. wt. thermally conductive filler, 15-25 pts. wt. antirust filler, 0.5-1 pt. wt. thixotropic agent, 1-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 15-20 pts. wt. deionized water, and the component (B) comprises 50-60 pts. wt. aqueous-based epoxy curing agent and 40-50 pts. wt. deionized water, the mass ratio of the component (A) and the component (B) is (4:1)-(7:1). USE - The paint is useful in power batteries. ADVANTAGE - The paint improved thermal conductivity and anticorrosive properties, reduces discharge of organic matter, protects environment, and improves heat-dissipation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the paint involving (a) mixing epoxy resin and 5-10 pts. wt. heat-resistant resin in a dispersion tank, adding graphene powder, thixotropic agent and antifoaming agent and dispersing at high-speed of 1000-1500 rpm, (b) after dispersing uniformly, adding thermally conductive filler and antirust filler to the tank and dispersing at high-speed of 1000-1500 rpm, (c) adding deionized water to the tank to adjust the viscosity of the paint and continue dispersing, (d) adding 50-70% glass beads to the tank for sanding and dispersing, filtering to measure the fineness of the paint to less than or equal to 40 mu m to obtain the component (A), (e) adding aqueous-based epoxy curing agent and deionized water, to a dispersion tank and dispersing at high-speed for 1000-1500 rpm to obtain the component (B), and (f) mixing component (A) and component (B) to obtain the paint.
