NOVELTY - A Eu(III)-1,10-phenanthroline/graphene composite photo-electric material is prepared by dissolving 1,10-phenanthroline in ethanol, and adding europium nitrate solution;#adjusting pH value to 6.5-7.5, stirring at room temperature for 30-60 minutes, and setting aside for 2 hours; mixing obtained product and graphene (0.3-0.5 times product quantity) to the obtained product, ultrasonically dispersing mixture in ethanol, adding water, stirring at room temperature for 2-2 hours; and filtering, washing the filter cake, drying, and grinding. USE - Method of preparing a Eu(III)-1,10-phenanthroline/graphene composite photo-electric material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and convenient, has mild reaction condition, is low cost, prepares product having a size of 20 plus minus 0.5 nm, and can be applied to industrial production.
