NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide aerogel, comprises freeze-drying dispersion containing reducing agent, graphene oxide and water to obtain aerogel sample having fixed shape, and subjecting aerogel sample to reduction reaction to obtain aerogel. USE - The graphene oxide aerogel is useful in insulation materials, catalytic carriers and adsorption materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the problem of reduced volume shrinkage in the existing reaction system. The graphene oxide aerogel has fixed shape, uniform structure, large specific surface area and excellent elasticity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene oxide aerogel prepared by above method.
