NOVELTY - Developing the mattress involves introducing mattress structure with a rational nano-pattern at the bottom, preventing transverse and longitudinal slip-modes when contacting with floor, coupling highly hydrophobic top surface for highly promoting in-toxic anti-microbial and self-cleaning and coating nanostructure materials at bottom, achieving friction and making zero-slippery when coating the metal oxide and hybrid metal oxide nano-material on top surface. USE - Developing nano-inspired ultra-thin large surface area anti-slippery self-cleaning anti-bacterial mattress (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process produces developed mattress having excellent thinner dimension, nano-inspired ultra-thin large surface area, anti-slippery, self-cleaning and antibacterial at low cost.
