▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Three-dimensional porous graphene nano material is claimed. The three dimensional porous graphene nano material is three-dimensional porous conductive network structure made of graphene layers, the hole diameter of the macro pores in the three-dimensional porous conductive network structure is 50-500 nm. USE - The three-dimensional porous graphene nano material is useful in supercapacitors, lithium ion battery and lithium sulfur battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene nano material: has fast conduction, excellent conductivity, rich grading hole structure, and high specific surface area and hole volume. The method: is simple and convenient; and has situ catalytic graphene growth effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing three-dimensional porous graphene nano material, comprising (1) dispersing uniformly organic matter coated inorganic nanosphere and catalyst in a solvent, evaporating the solvent to dryness to obtain precursor-catalyst mixture, (2) sintering the precursor-catalyst mixture at high temperature under hydrogen-containing reducing atmosphere to obtain graphene coated inorganic nanosphere composite material, and (3) removing inorganic nanospheres and impurities in graphene coated inorganic nanosphere composite material, then washing and drying to obtain final product.
