NOVELTY - Reinforcing multiple coatings inside a tunnel by applying polymer elastomer, comprises (i) removing foreign substances left on the inner wall of the tunnel to be reinforced; and (ii) forming a highly elastic reinforcing layer that can absorb and resolve external vibrations and shocks on the wall of the tunnel by applying a polymer elastic coating containing a reinforcing material to the wall surface of the tunnel from which foreign substances are removed; and by applying a polymer elastic coating containing more reinforcement than the polymer elastic coating applied in the first coating step to the wall surface of the tunnel in which the high elastic reinforcing layer is formed, which increases the strength and durability of the wall surface of the tunnel. USE - The method is useful for reinforcing multiple coatings inside tunnel by applying polymer elastomer. ADVANTAGE - The method ensures easy visibility of operator inside tunnel, reduces safety accidents, improves excellent safety of tunnel by preventing spread of fire through flame-retardant reinforcement layer, and induces efficient operation management of tunnel.
