▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing reduced graphene oxide, comprises (a) preparing graphite oxide, (b) lyophilizing the graphite oxide, (c) performing ultrasonic treatment on the lyophilized graphite oxide, (d) reducing the ultrasonically treated graphite oxide to hydrazine to form reduced graphene oxide, and (e) heating the reduced graphene oxide. USE - The graphene oxide is useful for producing super capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) reduced graphene oxide produced by lyophilizing the graphite oxide, performing ultrasonically treated, chemically reduced, and heat treatment the graphite oxide, and having interlayer spacing of greater than or equal to 0.884; and (2) producing super capacitor, comprising (a1) preparing active material using reduced graphene oxide, (a2) preparing a cathode current collector and an anode current collector, (a3) attaching the active material on surfaces of the both collectors, and (a4) packaging the collectors, a separator for separating the anode and the cathode, and the electrolyte.
