NOVELTY - A nanohybrid self-degenerating scaffold comprises a functionalized graphene oxide, an acetic acid and a chitosan powder. The cross-section of nanohybrid self-degenerating scaffold is porous in structure. The nanohybrid self-degenerating scaffold is a bone healing material and assists in faster bone healing and suppresses the burst release pattern. The nanohybrid self-degenerating scaffold is biocompatible, and mechanically strong. USE - Nanohybrid self-degenerating scaffold used as bone healing material for healing bone defects of patients suffered from trauma, bone diseases and cancer. ADVANTAGE - The nanohybrid self-degenerating scaffold is biocompatible, and mechanically strong and has excellent cell viability for the nanohybrid and can heal the bone in 75 days, fastly and capable of eluting the drug molecules by suppressing the burst release pattern. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the nanohybrid self-degenerating scaffold.
