▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High-strength heat-resistant graphene aluminum composite conductor material comprises 0.2-1 wt.% graphene, and aluminum (balance). USE - Used as high-strength heat-resistant graphene aluminum composite conductor material. ADVANTAGE - The composite conductor material: utilizes air as an oxygen source to generate dispersed amorphous aluminum oxide in situ, realizes the dispersion distribution of the nano-scale strengthening phase, and combines the thermal stability of the high-strength and high-conductivity graphene to make the composite material have good mechanical properties and heat resistance, and maintains good electrical conductivity, tensile strength greater than 250 MPa, up to 328MPa.
